TEAM coaching is in huge demand worldwide but the number of qualified team coaches is far behind the demand. Michael Cooper is proud to be part of the (Global Team Coaching Institute) which is a collaboration between WEBCS, Peter Hawkins, and David Clutterbuck, who are both acknowledged as the world leaders in Team Coaching). Michael has just completed leading a large group in the Gateway program. “It was incredible to have people in my group from China, Australia, Europe, and Canada. The unity and desire of these students to work with people as team coaches was wonderful to observe and be part of.” Michael will be part of the faculty of the Practitioner course starting in February.
